We can't say enough wonderful things about Ronnie and Cyrena! The entire process of selling our house was professional, efficient and as easy as it could be for our family. Ronnie goes above and beyond in helping with as much as he could to make sure all aspects of selling our house is covered - staging, cleaning, photographers, painters...you name it, he has someone that he can call and get something done before you can even start stressing about it. Truly one of the things that we will always be grateful for is how Ronnie was so flexible and adaptable when it comes to showings and open houses. He was so understanding of how tricky it could be to stage a house and do showings when you have little children and he communicated every detail in a timely manner and we were always updated on any activity up until he sold our house. Picture this, you really only have 2 weeks to list, prep, and receive an offer (has to be at asking price) on your home, otherwise you lose out on the home of you and your familys dreams. Tall task, right? But not for Ronnie and Cyrena. We submitted an inquiry on Sunday night, and Ronnie himself reached out to us on Monday morning with his plan of attack on how to best get the home sold, came over later that day to check out the space and just 2 days later, we were officially listed on the MLS and all the biggest home listing websites that you know of. But that was the easy part! Now came the open houses, private showings, advertisings, and everything in between, and Ronnie was there in person every step of the way. Answering every call and text as our anxious selves were probably irritating him, but you'd never know it by how calm and reassuring he was throughout the entire process. Knowing how tight our timeline was, Ronnie made sure he was available whenever anything was needed. Potential buyer wants a private showing in 2 hours? No problem, he's available. Private showing an hour after a full day of open house? No problem, he's there. Fast forward 12 days from listing date, and Ronnie was able to pull an offer at above asking price and did everything he can to make sure the close process went as smoothly as possible for us. Having a 6 month old during this time made things extremely stressful for us, but again, Ronnie ensured that nothing was done without our approval and making sure we were OK with it before proceeding. At the end of the day, Ronnie was able to get the job done and saved us from potentially losing out on our forever dream home, and for that, we are extremely grateful. Thank you to Ronnie and the entire team, we're now settled into our new home and it wouldn't have been possible with you.
